Pictures are a little fuzzy but ill guess 66 (counterfeit).

 

No it is a legit coin. I have a hard time photographing small coins. I need a camera with more megapixels.

EDIT: and btw, we cant really guess the grade unless you get clearer pictures.

I would guess ms66+ or so, but I can't see any scratches on it because the pictures aren't good enough. Are you using your phone camera?

Looks way undergraded to me but I've never really understood or am good at grading gold and what there standards are.
