1787 semee shilling die trial: upside down 1

    There are reportedly two or three die trial versions of the George III sense hearts die trial. The trial is notified by the predominate one punched upside down in the large one on the reverse date of the coin. CCC60D38-D953-47C0-BD25-989462EAE830.png

    Could you show us a picture of the whole coin both sides for perspective? It's hard to get a sense of the coin with such small close-up pictures, James.

    The 1 that you are showing is not upside down, it is the same orientation as the 7 next to it. Bottom of the 7 and the horizontal crossbar of the 1 are both adjacent to the rim
