I can't clean this any further as it is very rough. I find this to be:

Hostillian as Augustus, AE28, (15.88g) Viminacium, Moesia
Inferior, C VAL HOST M QVINTVS AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed
bust right. / P M S COL VIM Moesia standing left, between bull
standing right and lion left, ANXIII in exergue.

    Any thoughts or comments?

Inspector43, Congrats on being able to identify & attribute this coin in light of the rough shape it's in :jawdrop:! Coinage of Hostilian isn't common with imperial or provincial issues. Last year I managed to score a nice Hostilian Tet from Antioch, Syria, but my coin is plagued with surface roughness too :(. Well struck coins in high can be very expensive ;).

@Al Kowsky Thanks for the compliment. I have been searching for a long time to find an attribution. I had no idea where to start. Many processes of elimination got me to it. Your coin looks great. Thanks again.

Here's the relevant page from AMNG I.1. If you're positive about the obverse legend, it's #157.

In case it's helpful, here's my example, with Year 12 in the exergue rather than Year 13:
    temp.jpg
    Hostilian
    Caesar, A.D. 250(?)-251
    Augustus, A.D. 251

    Provincial Bronze (AE26)
    Moesia Superior, Viminacium
    Obv: C VAL HOST M QVINTVS C
Rev: P M S COL VIM - Moesia, standing between bull and lion
    AN XII in exergue
    Moushmov 55
    25x27mm, 12.2g.

and here's the Viminacium Page from Moushmov, courtesy of Wildwinds.
