    The Cross that is part of the legend at 6 o'clock should be rotated
    so that it is at the 12 o'clock position. To show the reverse, your
    coin needs to be rotated 180 degrees.

    It's Levon I, 1198/9-1218. Sorry, I can't read the Armenian, but the fleur-de-lis in his right hand evidences Crusader influence. The Armenians were involved with Antioch, in particular, at the dynastic level.
    The denomination is a tram. Cf. the Byzantine trachy and Islamic dirham, all cognates of 'drachm.'
