Nailed that one. Peace Dollars are always difficult to grade

Morgandude11 As long as it's Silver, I'm listening

It is a very Pretty coin! I went back and forth between 63 and 64, but settled for 63. At any rate, it is a keeper!

AU58. Obverse and reverse issues, small but very visible, in my opinion.

Going with 64...and with a very slim/outside chance at 65 given the holder age indicating some time since grading. To me, coin looks better than given credit/grades for thus far...don't think the "deep" cheek marks are so bad (or deep:)...have seen worse in 65 holders....hard to believe. Oh yeah, and I like the NGC quad-prongs...better IMO than the PCGS tri-grip holder, plus can see more edge. And just maybe 4 prongs holds coins more secure than three, as lots more PCGS coins are cocked off-center way more than NGC coins...or PCGS is having a quality-control issue with holdering.

MS63 Relatively high-luster coin; not cleaned, original surface. Bag marks, but no post mint damage. But if I was to buy one of these BU, I'd lay out a little more cash and go for a higher MS grade, unless it was a deal I couldn't refuse!

I thought MS 63 but I can see MS 64. Peace dollars are harder to grade than Morgan dollars. I had a complete set of mint state Peace dollars many years ago. They were raw except for the 34-S. When dealing with MS 63 and 64 it can be tough to judge by pictures. Peace dollars aren't to hard to judge in hand but hard with pictures only.
