1984 need help please

  1. I was wondering if this is what's considered true doubling...its a 1984 cent has no mint mark and the "ON" in the word "ONE" appears to be doubled can anyone help please

    It appears to be MD- machine doubling.

    MD and common enough on coins when you consider the millions produced each year.

    Yes, especially since the mint decided to produce crappy Zincoln's. JMHO

    Very common and it's known as NAV or no added value doubling.
     
  8. Are 1970 S double die large dates doubling on 1970 and S common? My dad had it sealed up I wasnt wanting to post a picture tho as I havent had great experiences I'm just curious if it's got any value.
