    Hi all,

Anybody know a reasonable price for this?
It doesnt show up too well on the scan but the 'Liberty isnt as worn as in the scan.
Also, can you see the 'ghost' star to the right of the '5' in the date?
    Any ideas on this?

    Any input is appreciated.... ;)

    I don't think that date is rare...so I wouldn't go over $15---
Its been cleaned IMO and retoned...you can't read all of LIBERTY...and the rim makes me fell funny...I don't think its a fake but it doesn't look right...

It looks to me as if the picture was taken at a slight angle, and the edge is showing on the right, apparently widening the rim. It doesn't look like an off-center strike IMHO.

I definitely agree with Spencer about the cleaning/retarnishing.

Its not an off center strike, its my scanner showing the edge of the coin from about 11 oclock to 6 oclock, why? Im not sure.. Although I scanned it in the upper right hand corner of the scanner..(Scanner is new and havent figured it out yet!) Any ideas about the 'ghost' star?
