Yes, that's a decent looking cent. Personally, I'm into basic Type and mostly ignorant about varieties, but going on basic eye appeal alone, I like it. Edit: here are the pics.
Nothing went wrong during the striking of that coin, so technically, you can't really call that an error. It's a variety. I'm not a variety collector, as mentioned, but that repunched, high 7 in the date is neat.
