I stay away from class 9 doubling .
Don't even look at them .

But, I will check the obverse for a ddo .

ABT has some nice ddo(s) .

 

Yep, only five known dies out of the entire ATB series. I identified the first Salt River Bay and told the guy where to send it. He offered to send me a UNC specimen from the roll, but of course I'm protective with my address.

 

I have the michigan and Virgin Island one .

 

I thought perhaps the comment was sarcastic seeing that this matter of doubling is truly at the microscopic level.

I found this one with a 10x loupe, which is the CONECA listing max.

 

It has been attributed by Wexler, but he hasn't updated his website yet. It has been or is going to be in Wexler's Coin World column as well.

That is likely the same coin, yes. I can't say for sure without die markers, but the doubling looks very familiar.

 

Very nice! I am somewhat confused though. Did Wexler assign a number to your Salt River Bay? And I don't see your name on this Michigan for either Wexler or Wiles.
