DEFDAM - Definitely Damaged The clad layers were affected by extreme heat. Not a Mint Error of any kind.
Welcome to CT @RichGame. As already mentioned, it appears to be a coin subjected to high temperatures, distorting the surfaces, but certainly a nice conversation piece. I'd sure hang on to it. Good pocket coin.

Watched a video someone uses a true blow torch and now makes sense Unfortunately I can be a see it to believe it guy occasionally
Likely one of the small handheld butane torches for silver soldering. Gets to around 2400 degree F. Jim
