1999 D 1c MUDC?

I'm probably wrong but does this 1999 D show the same die clash although not as sharp as the MUDC-1c-1999-01? And if so how would it be possible coming from the Denver mint?

I'm sorry, I'm not seeing any die clashing at all.

It isn't possible coming from the Denver mint. It might have a die clash in the same area because all pennies look alike and would clash the same on that year. (although can't tell from pictures) And I don't see any doubling either.

 

Yes, it is possible for a pair of dies to clash at the Denver Mint, and the clash may appear to be nearly the same as a clash struck at the Philadelphia Mint. However, they would be considered "cousins", not "brother and sister".

FWIW, I don't see a clash on your coin.
