Any ideas what this is? Trajan as with bust both sides?

Hi all! I saw this on eBay, and don't plan to buy it (unless it's cheap enough), but I am curious as to what it is.

I've tried to do some research, but with no luck. It appears to be an as of Trajan, with a bust on the reverse that I don't recognise.

The seller's pictures are pretty bad, but there's a decent amount of detail on the coin. They also don't list a diameter, but it's only slightly larger than a follis (of around the Maximinus era), so I am assuming it's an as

I've never seen a coin quite like it, so am curious as to what it might be.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

It's a bronze of Cyrene in Cyrenaica. See this one sold by Roma, E sale 2, lot 380, 2 November, 2013.
