Lamination or PMD?

    Hi folks,

I saw this 1938-S Jefferson for sale and noticed that it might have a lamination error across the south side of the obverse. Wanted to get your input on whether you thought this was lamination or PMD. It's the only pic I have because I don't own the coin (yet). The reverse looks worn, but normal.

I agree with lamination, they are very common on Jeff's especially the war time dates.
