1995 Penny ( Scratch or Mint scratch)?

Got another question. I came across this 1995 penny and I can't tell if it was scratched at the Mint or in circulation. Any thoughts?

Damage,looks like a huge scratch to me.I think you mean die crack there is no such thing as a mint scratch.

For the moment I'm thinking it occurred at the Mint.
It would help if you added additional closeups so that we can see what happens from where your image leaves off both to the top and bottom rims of the coin.

Part of it looks raised like a Die crack. Other parts look more like a scratch and there appears to be zinc showing. We need better pictures.

It doesn't appear to be raised. It's flush with the coin.

 

Its a scratch/damage.

 

Definitely damaged as it's a scratch.

 

Looks like a " Big Ole" Scratch on Poor Abe's face .
