So, what do you do if the Post Office tracking shows "delivered", but it's not in your mailbox?

Still no sign of the missing post. No Landis love.

I notified the seller, but when the Post Office shows something as "delivered" when it wasn't, scammer red flags start going up in the shippers mind.

    UPDATE . . . . . . . .

    MIRACLE OF MIRACLES . . . . . . . .

An update on the missing pieces:

Yesterday afternoon I got one of those "feelings" that you get sometimes. I went down and actually caught the mail delivery person actually dropping items in the mail boxes. She said did not deliver the packages on the day mine went missing, but she took note of the parcel boxes around ours.

Anyway, this really nice postal delivery girl said she didn't deliver the days my stuff went missing but promised to check with the businesses that had delivery boxes surrounding ours. She also checked a locked parcel locker to see if any of my deliveries might have ended up in that. No such luck.

She did say it was unusual for one package from Landis Studios to make it into our box, but the second delivered the same day, not make it. She is guessing one of our "neighbors" in this 12 story building got it. She said she would go to those five or six businesses with parcel boxes surrounding ours to see if my package was stuck in their box by mistake last week.

This morning when I arrived at work, I saw the wayward package on my desk. Someone came by our office and dropped it off. We are in Suite 520, it got delivered to Suite 320 and the receptionist there just sat on it for over a week before being reminded about it. I think the main issue is that the package was just addressed to me, no business name was on either of my last two shipments. It did have the Suite number however. Wouldn't have taken much to ride the elevator up two floors, but aside from a week's worth of grief, I am NOW happy as all getout . . . . . .

If I had not had that "feeling" yesterday and gone down to the mail room, I doubt I would have ever seen these two amazing Ron Landis / GMM pieces . . . . . .

I told you to talk with the carrier. They deliver and they know more than office personnel. Too bad it took so long to get it but glad you got it.

It's difficult to catch them. Their arrival time varies from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm. I left notes on the mailroom door to contact me several times over the past week. No word.

You actually have to catch them when they are delivering.

So it tracked as being "returned to sender", after it was marked as delivered, yet it was delivered, albeit to the wrong person?
