Found some capped busts

Capped busts are my favorite design from the 1800’s. Found these two today. Love the 27 dime, great toning. The 24 half is only ag3 or so but it looks great in hand. Always nice to pick these up.

Those are beautiful. I love good honest wear on old coins. Especially these bust coins.

 

They're pretty nice for barbers. Probably around AG-3 to G-6

We used to have a rule around here that nobody was allowed to post corrections of any kind (including spelling) unless you had a minimum of 50,000 posts. It ended up that nobody was talking at all, so they removed the minimum post requirement. Just kidding!

 

(Btw, I'm loving what you did on that other thread. I usually just blow past that guys posts, because it's quite evident, that he knows nothing, doesn't want to do any of his own work, and appreciates nothing, positive, or negative as far a responses. Unfortunately, he'll never hear what anyone here tells him. Kudos to you though, for taking it there.)
