    Good afternoon,
I was going through proof dimes that I had picked up sometime ago to post and this one stood out. I can't get the overlay to match up and wondering if it was a rotated strike or just damaged? Also if this is legit considering the shady history of this coin? Or did my eyes finally go out and it's time to turn out the lights on cataloging?...:hilarious: 20210323_172026.jpg 20210323_171747.jpg Image_2021-03-23 17_04_56_629.JPG Image_2021-03-23 17_06_32_087.JPG Image_2021-03-23 17_07_11_268.JPG Image_2021-03-23 17_08_43_557.JPG Image_2021-03-23 17_08_25_953.JPG
    Thanks

Its what I would call an impaired proof,I'm not seeing any errors.

It sure is ugly and was thinking test piece or even die adjustment but thought it would have been pulled by the mint.

I don't know what you're question is. Are you asking if this has a rotated reverse? If so, please place the coin at an angle in front of a mirror and post a photo.

All I'm seeing is discoloration/hazing. Dip residue?
