Let's see - 37¢ for a stamp, a generous estimate of 10¢ for a padded mailer, and a coin which catalogs at 10¢ in the condition shown ($15 in MS65), all for $39 including shipping!

You'd think he would at least offer free shipping with the $200 BIN. :p

Does anyone know how to make target specific viruses. Someone should and send it to people like this. I realize that they are not breaking any rules "technically" but come on. This is flat out fraud in my opinion.

As Mencia would say Dee De De

I don't believe this coin should be sold but kept and passed to future generations in this family so they can continue enjoying it and believe that its value may continue to rise above the 2000 times face as it appears in this listing on the BIN. This could be an edge on the future. Afterall college tuition doesn't seem to be going down and the kids may need the help. :D :D

As a lawyer and occasional part time small claims judge I have to disagree with you, on a purely technical basis.

Legally, "fraud" requires (1) the making of false representations and (2) reasonable reliance on them. Every statement in his auction is objectively true, except the implied opinion that the opening bid and/or BIN price are reasonable values. Anyone relying on that "opinion" is too stupid to live, and is not acting reasonably.
    Who

This is a 1935 Wheat Penny that I found in our house. I think it says S under the date. The Penny is very used.

    Ooo, I want it !

Morgan Dollar. you should really try and put more than 4 or 5 words at any one time into your posts. I know that in the 6th grade they didn't require more than that, but if its any comfort to you, I have faith in your ability to compose a good clear line of thought.

I'm curious where you buy padded envelopes for a generous estimate of only 10c.?

I've found that Wal-Mart has them for 38c. if you buy them in packs of ten.
