Absolutely love Proof Franklins. She’s a beauty. I’ll go with 65 cam.

Nice coin, but I’ll go out on a limb with Proof Unc Details - cleaned.
Too many hairlines on raised surfaces.

    Proof-65 holder.

I see small hairlines on Franklin's shoulder, cheek and forehead. There also might be scuffs on the bell which might be on the coin or the holder.

The sharpness is better than average for this date, which usually has a lot of brightness, but suffers from too much die polishing.

I also see a few scuffs. Some of those are circular, like concentric lathe lines, or lathe rings.

Nice Franklin, MS65. Scratches on Obverse with several on the bell on the reverse. Good post, thank you.

is that a scratch behind Benjamin's head, or is it on the slab?

From the pic. it can grade anywhere between 64 and 67, Cameo, or anything in between. Guessing the grade of a proof pic. is no more than a crap shoot. Good luck guessing.

I really like your coin. I have a 1949 D with an MS63 from PCGS and a 1960 with an MS63FBL that I compared yours with mine. I think yours might be a 64. No telling what PCGS did. Did you get FBL?
