I'd say because of the minor stains, the scratch on monticello, the rim ding above UNUM and a few other minor flaws, it's probably in the lower MS range. The luster looks pretty good. $5 to $8. Not much more. I just bought a similar one a couple weeks ago at a show that is completely clean for $5.
