Can Anyone Help? I Think Maybe Indo-Greek?

A guy that I helped with some Byzantine coin identifications sent me these pictures and asked if I could help him ID it. He says he was told it is gold - though I highly doubt it based on the pictures. My best guess is that it is some sort of Indo-Greek coin, but that is far from my wheelhouse.
    Thanks for looking! :)
