I am running out of leads on a Ref; for the Obverse of this coin??
There is a listing of Vespasian Obverses on https://dirtyoldcoins.com/research
however it was not listed there?? These are the two I found:

I am looking for the COS IIII, however this is the closest I have come...wildwinds:
Vespasian Denarius. Ephesus mint, 71 AD. IMP CAESAR VESPAS AVG COS III TR P P P, laureate head right / PACI ORB TERR AVG, towered and draped bust of Pax right, EΦE in ex.Ref Vespasian Denarius, RIC 1433, (RIC [1962] 334), RSC 293-4, BMC 459; RPC 835.

Watch out ! There is a serie of cast fakes with an edge crack at 2 o'clock on the obverse and a part of the V missing.......see Fake Coins Report.....

Unfortunately, it is a well known modern forgery.

Yes, that would have been my thought as well. The letters are too crisp and the fields are too evenly flat - it looks like the coin is pressed not struck. The style of Vespasian's portrait is also a bit off.
