Hello folks, I recently saw this piece, which is notoriously overstrike on another piece. The question is, on what piece is it minted? The little that can be seen looks like the typical palm border that often appears on the reverse. Any ideas? Unfortunately I don't have the coin with me, so I can't take any more pictures.
