Ocean in View

    Opened a new bank roll of nickels, 2005D Ocean in View. I found one that didn't show the JF initals. Any ideas what caused this. Strike through maybe?

    Perhaps the die's were grease or dirt filled causing the initials not to be raised.
    Thats my best guess...
