OK I'm pretty new at the Numis side of this hobby but I know people look for these intently. I search so much coin that I don't have time to look at every '74D I come accross, that said a few weeks ago silver was a lil slim so I started pulling the clean looking rims and checking them with my new 10X loupe. Anyways tonight I found my second one and I want to know "Whats it worth?" My digital is only 4MP so isn't a great coin camera but maybe this weekend sometime I'll try to get a tight shot of the DD. Thanks, Mark

Please do, I am having a hard time telling what they are and it is starting to get bad with the ammt of coins I am saving for further study. You can put your loupe in front of the lens to get nicer pics.

Albeit nice these are very common and no longer command much $$$

A MS-63, 64 is worth about $25 to $40 right now if you can even find somebody to sell them to. I actually bought one this past weekend TPG graded MS-64 for $20 if that tell you anything.
Kennedy doubled dies like Washington doubled dies they do not get the respect they deserve. That is only for 1-cent coins those are the one people want followed by nickles and dimes.

Thanks for the reply. I figured the beatup ones weren't worth a look but didn't know about the nicer ones- the ones I got are nowhere near gradeworthy but still nice coins. I will see ifn someone at the coin club wants them for a couple bucks or toss them back. HH Mark
