    I was thinking die chip or RPM what do you think ?

    Well, in the top loop of the 9 there is a die chip.

    So, this could go either way.

    I see a small peel to the right of the mintmark close to the rim...

    could be bubbles under the plating? Try pressing it with a toothpic.

    The coin is effected by corrosion. It's just rot tearing up the copper plating. No RPM...
