Hi Robert and welcome to CT!! Why can't you photograph the entire coin? Are you using a microscope? If so, try raising it up by setting it on something then adjust the focus accordingly. You can also do the same thing with a smart phone and that will also help stabilize the phone. As far as the picture you posted, I think you are looking at NAV (no added value) doubling, but I'm not certain. Some other members with more knowledge than me will post soon I'm sure. Good Luck!
