If you read the Oklahoma tax returns, there is a minimal amount you are allowed to take if you do not have the particulars. Do not remember the exact amount, but $10 or something like that. That is what I report.

I used to use personal checks, as Money Orders were too expensive. Sometimes when I wrote to an E-Bay seller for confirmation if they would accept checks I would lose out on the bidding before I got a reply.

I now use Paypal, no worries about payments on time and it dosen't cost me anything for the use, nor do I miss a bid war.

I'm a power seller and they have yet to implement anything like that on our account. I do have a verified buisness account tho. I wonder if that matters???

Yes most states DO charge sales tax on coins. SOme have an exemption over a certain amount and some I think about 15 states do not charge sales tax on coins.

It does apply to individuals in KY and IN. It shows up on your state income tax form. There is a line on there that asks for the total amount of goods and services you have purchased by mail or online out of state through the year and then you pay the use tax on that amount. Typically the use tax % is the same as the sales tax %. If you check over your state income tax form you will probably find it on there.
