The Engravers Line

Received my copy today and what an amazing reference book. Wow, no book I own is as well done and every page has me anxious to get to the next! Mr. Hessler was gracious enough to sign the book and unprompted he mentions my 656 collection. :whistle: Not sure how that word got out as I didn't think it was so well known. It was very gracious! I believe I have seen this Vignette before but pictures do not do it justice! WOW :bigeyes: it is beautiful!!!

Now I have to start saving for the international version!!!

Ditto on reading and rereading! Headed back to China soon so I am go to have plenty of time for it!

Really wish I had gotten both at the same time but will wait a little for the 2nd.

I am certain others will love their book(s)!

Got my books in the mail yesterday. I'm very pleased with the books and all the items that came with them! Thank you RickieB and Gene Hessler. I would also like to thank Connor for getting the Security Engraving Vignettes group started! Thanks guys.

These books look intriguing. Were these special orders? Is there a way to order these books direct from author/publisher? Is there a link or info online regarding them? ISBN? I noticed a 2005 edition online but was wondering if these are newer/revised editions?

 

Thats Great... Mr. Hessler did say he put 100 sets together.

Camping out in my Buildings Lobby

Lou, You won't be posting for a while if you start reading those book!LOL
I'm camping out in the building lobby every day because I know that book will never fit in the mail box .Lazy mailman leaves boxes & large packages on top of mailboxes !

He has been generous and provided us with a small discount for certain orders and has included special vignettes with certain books. The Premium Edition of the Intl Engravers Line has been sold out.

BTW...just wanted to say that I am getting nothing for this and even provided a $5 discount to the Group members who were on the initial order... some took me up on it, others did not. I thought it was worth it and contributed around 60-70 bucks toward the purchase of these books for most of you guys. There were a few of you who did not accept my small offering and thas ok..you saved me money!!
