The first coin is from the Indian Princely States: Bikanir Nazarana Rupee KM#73 VS1994 (1937) F=$12.50, VF=$16.50, XF=$22.50, UNC=$35.00 (restrike) P/L=$16.50 It is silver, but the specifics are not given. It celebrates the 50th anniversary of the reign of Ganga Singhji (GS monogram on reverse) The second coin is listed under Malaysia: Straits Settlements East India Company 1 cent KM#3 1845 mintage=18.526 (million) F=$5.00, VF=$15.00, XF=$35.00, UNC=$80.00 This information is from a 1996 Krause, so things may have changed since then. (I think I paid about $8 for my Straits Settlements 1 cent, in VF+, last year.)
