I believe the fourth mint Lincoln cent issue takes place in Washington DC, on November 12. Which postal cancellation stamp is the best one on the rolls? Is it Union Station? Is that the site where Director Moy will be?
If the present goes as the past did, then yes, Union Station will be selling the final Lincoln rolls along with the D.C. mint location. As for the cancellation stamp, I don't see where it has added any appreciation to any of the first three released Lincoln rolls.
