Not a bad looking coin, rim is a little beat up, but overall a nice coin. Doing a quick search on ebay of completed listings for these coins it looks like they are going for approx $25-$30 in that condition. the highest i saw was $45 for a slabbed one.
Ya, I agree after I wrote the OP I went back and looked at the pics some more. Nice coin with nice fields for the grade and very attractive tone, but the rims. I didn't check out the rims prior to the OP.
With the rim issues I wouldn't pay anymore then 18-20USD , although I'm almost certain that the coin will sell for more then that. I would wait on this piece , this date is not rare and example in better condition are not very hard to find.
