Hi, this notes date seems to me to be way off center...and it has the date on both sides unlike the other series a/b etc... is this an offcenter date error? is the 1935-plain series more rare than the others? Thanks in advance!
as you can see the date on the right is all the way to the right...all the other notes ive seen the date would be on the left of the righthand side
OK, I'll take a shot at answering for you and hopefully one of our more experienced paper collectors will read and correct me if I am wrong. The 1935 series is the only one withe dates as you have shown withe the others in the series (1935A thru H)having the dates/series only once on the face of the note to the right of the portrait under the seal. With a total of 1,681,552,000 notes printed I don't think it would be considerd rare but compared to the 1935E with 5,134,056,000 printed it's good but not nearly as well as the 1935H with just 30,520,000 printed. We will wait for a better trained eye to look at your pics, but I don't see anything rather than the norm. I am also anticipating some critque on my answer as I have alot to learn but am eager to see my progress to this point.
