Me too! I checked this morning and it say's it was shipped on 10/22! I look forward to checking this thing out.

 

You bought something that anyone could have bought for 60 bucks. You then resold it without holding it for any amount of time and made more than 100% profit. You're comment is "at least it is something?"

Well not necessarily, remember I said I invested with a partner? We are splitting the profits. I made less than that after fees and such. Thing is, I started out with nothing, and I'll have around $50 in my paypal, so it really is all good, I guess

My set was shipped on the 20th, with an estimated delivery date of the 26th. I just checked on it through the FedEx tracking number and it is already here in Michigan. 5 miles from my house no less. I called FedEx and asked them if I could pick it up? I was told "No". They said that they was a distribution facility and don't deal with the public. I guess I have to wait until Monday knowing my coins are only 5 miles from my house. Grrrrr !!!

Sorry, I already put them in a safety deposit box at the bank, but I think they must have been close to 5 1/2 inches by 7 inches. They are not as big as a regular Dansco album. Hope that helps.

elaine, We live nearby, but my LN6 set is expected by FedEx delivery on Tuesday the 27th. Is that just your first set that will arrive on Monday or will all your friends that bought extra sets for you get them on Monday as well? Maybe you're friends can take some photos of all your new coins and help you upload some shots of your collection. I think you have the largest US Mint product collection on CT based on your enthusiasm and regular buying of multiple sets.

 

mine arrive next monday. the rest are still posted as in stock and reserve. one even on hold. because she bought additional items on it. i am not so exciting about this item. because those were not gold. i just like the design of the holder. i even cancel 5 set of lincoln cent 4 pc proof set. and keep the other 5 in my name.

 

SirCharles----Yes it does give me confidence that the Chronicles will fit into my SDB. Of course I will check it out and admire it for a week at least. Then I'll vacuum seal it and bring it to the bank. I'll make plenty of scan shots to look at after that. Thanks!

At last, my second set ordered at 8:50am the day after release, within 24 hours of going on sale, has had it's status updated today to ISR! Two sets confirmed as hoped earlier in the thread.

 

I received my set today. 3 days before the estimated delivery date.

Yeah, mine just arrived guys. Looks real good (packaging) and the coins all look terrific. My one complaint is that there are no provisions for viewing the opposite sides of the coin without buggering up the packaging.
