I enjoy both very much yet given the fact we mostly do not deal with an "off the shelf" product, the hunt for the right coin/s is quite trickey, demands a strategy, a budget and an ability to act fast. Any thoughts?
Nah, I don't hunt or shoot, so for me coin collecting and hunting are definitely not related. But in a non-literal sense, many coin collectors are probably of the hunter-gatherer type ... Christian
if by the ability to act fast you mean making sure that you cash on hand to avail yourself of an opportunity should one arise - then I agree. But he who acts fast often repents at his leisure. So do not act in haste, exercise patience and careful thought at all times and you will do far better. It is truly a rare coin that does not have another, even better, one just around the corner But I agree, the hunt is quite pleasurable. Whether it is with a gun or your eyes and mind :thumb:
