The Intl Engravers Line Premium Edition

I just received my Intl Engravers Line Premium Edition (#81 of 100) and all I can say is wow!! What a book and the 8 notes signed by the engravers are truly cool...

I will scan them and post soon.... there was also a great stamp, stamped envelope and a vignette included.

For those of you who got this book..you will love it I am sure.
The Specimen note of DaVinci has just blown me away!!

WOW...WOW!! Is all I can think of right now!!

By the way, I'm including an engraving by John Wallace in copies of The Engraver's Line that are being sent to your friends. John, who died about a year ago is listed in the book. At some time I will send a print to you.

Int. Engravers Line

What a book !!!! & the signed notes are gorgeous ! I can't wait till mine arrives !
I don't know anything about international engravers,this is a book that all of us should have as a reference !

 

i am super excited to get my premium book

not that i note excited to get the standard engravers line... but you cant beat also getting those notes lol

 

Very nice notes, love the Da Vinci note also.

 

DJ...looking through the book has been pretty cool...it is one of those books you need to have quite time for..LOL Once you open it, you do not want to be distrubed!!

Very cool the notes that came with it..not sure if they are all the same or not...guess we will have to wait an see???

That is awesome, wishing I got that, oh well lol. I preordered the Whitman Encyclopedia of US Paper Money though so that should be good.

A message from Gene for those of you who were lucky enough to get the Premium Edition o the Intl Engravers Line.

I should have explained that the premium copies have silver lettering on the cover, the regular editions do not. I managed to assemble 100 sets of engraved images to match the 100 copies with silver lettering.

I just looked at my copy and it is exactly as he says...
I had my book dedicated to my Son AJ and I bought 2 copies of the Engravers Line as well..one is mine, one is AJ's...Mr. Hessler dedicated AJ's Standard Engravers Line as well.

I just got in by "The skin of my teeth" getting the last Premium Int.Eng. Line !
Even with the The Engravers Line & the free extra Vignette thrown in for free both are good deals ! Can't wait for the mailman to deliver,I may use one of the vignettes for my next presentation .Thanks RickyB & Gene Hessler for putting this deal together.

Last week when I asked some of you about this Edition, shortly after Mr. Hessler informed me that the Premium Edition was sold out...

There were 5 here from CT and 1 elsewhere. There were 100 copies set aside from what he told me. When I was made this offer there were 6 remaining....those all went within hours.

I am sorry all of you could not get them, but those who did will really like the book.
The Premium Edition is Purple color with Silver lettering on front and back covers and a numbered section in the books beginning. This is the only physcial difference in the books I am told. The content is exactly the same.

It comes with 8 notes all autographed by the engravers, 2 stamps and a vignette. I posted mine earlier in this Thread ( ordered it 2 weeks ago when 7 remained).

Books should start being mailed out either Mon or Tues (possibly towrd the weeeks end as I need to send him the collected funds) from Mr. Hessler.
Still waiting on a few payments....I will send him a check when I return from Maryland on Tuesday night.

Rickie,either book will be a treasure of knowelege to anyone who gets one.Perhaps on Amazon a used copy could be found.
