I was noticing that the "America the Beautiful" quarter program has a "hanging" quarter in 2021. ONE quarter in '21 just doesn't seem right. So, I figure that in order to make everything "even" so to speak, and end the program with 2021 with an equal amount of quarters, the four national sites located outside the United States should be added. To wit:

    American Legation, Tangier, Morocco
FDR Park, Campobello, island, New Brunswick, Canada
Midway atoll wildlife refuge, Midway atoll
The Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial in Colleville-sur-Mer, Normandy, France,

The Normandy site is one of the more important national monuments and should be in there.

I think the emphasis was on "America the Beautiful" and covering the beautiful monuments/parks etc. in the 50 states, not internationally. Think of the song by the same name and the patriotism it inspires on the imagery of the country. To extend it to other countries would defeat the purpose of making it uniquely America. I bet they will come out with four new designs from the 50 states, they just figured they have over 10 years to do so and are in no hurry. Just my two cents.

    no, the emphisis was on

National Parks. There was supposed to be one for each of the 57 jurisdictions, and one of them didn't get one.
