I own a misprinted $1 bill (us) that has the serial numbers offset. My research has yielded the knowledge that the serial numbers and the treasury seal are printed together. However, only the serial numbers are offset, not the treasury seal. I also have a $1 bill with both serial numbers and the treasury seal offset. Does anyone have an idea of the value of either of these items, or other information??
Can you post a picture of the notes you described. I am sure it will help in the identification of the error and the notes value.
