I ordered mine so add me to the CT Mintage.

 

Bob, I think they look at billing address and not mailing address...and may cancel your order. I thought I remember some CTer exceeding the order limit and purchasing a Lincoln roll set for his daughter. But since it was his billing address, they cancelled his orders. Just be careful and you may want to call the mint and validate that what you did is ok and that they wont cancel your order at time of shipment when it's too late.

I have not gotten a reply from the mint yet for a order number but I went through all the steps.

 

Order #'s 3317 thru 3319.

Possibly 25,000 may have been placed by now.

 

1 set for me and 1 set for my girlfriend. 2 total.

 

Chalk up one for me. You guys should o' seen me. I've got two computers and a laptop going at the same time while simultaneously working the phone. The phone was totally useless. :smile

 

edit i ended up with one more. 4 total for me.

 

Congrats everyone on getting orders in and surviving the slow tedious process.

CT is really racking up the sets. Thanks for posting your successes here.

Should be interesting to read in the hours and days to come what the sales figures were this first day!

Yeah that was me. Thought I could fool the mint. Lost out on both orders.They were for LP1's. Still nee a P and a D roll. help!

Yeah, I just called the mint to ask if I could order 1 set for my grandpa whom doesn't have a credit card, and they validated that it is a strict rule of 1 order per billing address...and if I did order an additional set, ALL of my orders would be cancelled at time of billing; prior to shipment.

That's why I think it's silly that they put a Qty when ordering. It's like the mint is trying to trick us...and if we order more than the limit, they cancel all orders..."You want more than what you're allowed? NO SOUP FOR YOU!!!"
