All of the coins in the Uncirculated Mint Sets are matte finished. REPEAT ALL OF THEM! The circulation coins are different, so you can't expect to buy mint sets to fill your circulation strike holes! The difference between the two types of coins are obvious. These sets will have a relatively high mintage as well because the cent, quarter and dollar coins all have commemorative reverses this year and each of these coins have a fairly strong collector base. Add the different composition of the cents from regular circulation strikes and the speculators who are going to stock up on them and you have a set that will be easy to find on the secondary market and will likely have a flat price for years to come.
