Cool coins! As I said my coins aren't ancient (like yours). I did my best for my budget. Thanks for posting!
For now I'll just post my oldest American coin and my oldest foreign coin. The other 3 in the top 5 are all Indian head cents from the 1880s.
This is my oldest Dollar from the US Mint. This is my oldest cent from the US mint. Perhaps one of the copper weenies at CT could tell me more about this cent? My oldest world coin is this minor Roman coin.
Here we go... #1 Circa 300 BC Greek, possibly Sicily/Syracuse (seller's pic) #2 121-122 AD Rome, Hadrian, As. It looks a lot better in person! #3 158. Rome, Antoninus Pius. Denarius #4 267 Rome. Gallenius, Antoninianus #5 Rome. 324-325. Constantine I (The Great). Follis. This was my first ancient coin, I got it in August 2008. These 5 coins are also the entirety of my ancient collection...I've got nothing on Ardatirion  For me #6 is: Poland 1623 3 polker (Just got at CoinFest from Allan G. Berman) #7: Papal States 1721-1724, Innocent XIII Quattrino (also bought from Mr. Berman) #8: Austrian Netherlands 1797 Kronenthaler #9: Austria 1800A 3 Kreuzer #10: (Tie) Austria 1816 A and 1816 S Quarter Kreuzer, 1816 A Half Kreuzer and 1816 A Kreuzer (I got them all togther, however, the date was frozen and they could have been made any time between 1816 to 1852) My oldest US coin is next on the list, #11, a slightly bent 1832 half dime which was my oldest coin for a few months last year, until I bought the 1797 Austrian Netherlands issue. My Five oldest US Coins: #1 said half dime #2 1835 dime, highly worn but still clearly a US dime #3 1852 cent, my only large cent, also damaged #4 1852 three cent silver, bent #5 1857 cent, which had been the most I've ever spent for a coin until this past weekend when I doubled it for the Roman Silver posted above, even so it was only $50! The majority of my collection is from the second half of the 1900s but lately I've gotten some more older issues, although they are pretty much all recounted here...lol.
this is the oldest thing i have and im sure its not even a coin..but it did fall out of a wall of a burned out church in chicago..
Your "minor bronze - Widow's mite" is actually a bronze prutah struck under the Roman procurator in Judaea, Marcus Ambibulus, in 9-11 AD. (assuming the reverse is a palm tree) An actual Widow's mite would be a prutah of the Jewish king of the Hasmonean dynasty, Alexander Jannaeus.
Hello Ardatirion, Yes, the reverse has the appearance of a palm tree. Thank you for the correct attribution & I will correct my coin label.:thumb: FYI, I did not buy this coin or search it out. The woman that raised me had it in her box of coins along with 70 silver dollars, and a dozen Mexican Peso coins, and perhaps a dozen large cents (1/2 English & 1/2 American). I inherited the box of coins 40 years ago. This simple coin is valuable to me. I'm very glad that you saw the photo. Thanks for your input! Very best regards, collect89

Wow!! There's some amazing coins coming up! I don't have too many old coins and I haven't started collecting ancients yet but here's the little I do have.
You sound like a teenager caught with pot! "I was holding it... I swear its not mine!" LOL! I'm glad I could help out, these sentimental coins are so much more important. What are you basing your dating for the Miletos piece on? As you may see, I never got around to citing mine properly.
