The 47th Semi-Annual Lakeland, Florida Collectorama Coin and Currency Show will be held October 9-11, 2009 at The Lakeland Center, 701 West Lime St., Lakeland, Florida. Bring this notice to Show Registration for Free Admission. There will be approximately 100 dealers on hand who will Buy, Sell and Trade. An enjoyable show for the entire family. Kids, 12 or under, get a daily dip into our Kid's Bucket for a Free Hand Full of Money. The show buys, and many or our dealers and guests supplement the bucket with all kinds of numismatic goodies, including some gold coins. If you are attending bring something along. The weather in Lakeland in early October is usually very nice, with temps in the mid 70's to lower 80's. I was there and again didn't find much, however I sold a lighter w/attached case for a dealer and waylayed that into an VF 1850 Large cent. From the same dealer purchased 3 so-called dollars. I could not find any 2009 silver eagles or many SBA Dollars need 5 to complete my collection of MS66 or Prf69 coins graded by PCGS.
I was there aswell. It turned out to be a great show. I actually picked up a 2009 Silver eagle for $20 so they were there, just had to look. Thanks!
