Just came from my Bank..

The teller has a Series 1966 Red Seal $100 in good to fine condition
a $100 Series 1934 Boston note in Fine and a $1 Yellow Seal $1 in good ...

They are mine if anyone wants them...face value plus shipping.

The Red Seal $100 has pencil writting on it right side #97

I would pass on them but wanted to let you guys know...I need to know right away since I am leaving for North Carolina tomorrow.

I went to the bank and picked up the two notes he asked for...

So I will expect $105...that should cover the shipping and insurance for the trip back to you. Send me your address.

I see 1934's from time to time, I wish for the 1966 USN though, I missed out on buying a whole bunch of them several years ago for something like $105 each, and kick myself ever since. They were all EF-AUs.

The North Africa is a good find too.

 

Here ya go NOS... the $100 has a small split in the top margin..did not know this until I was scanning them..as mentioned, for face..not bad..

Hey DJ.. the $100 Series 1934 Boston Note..it is in the same condition as the Red Seal..maybe a little better.
Bank closes in 10 min and I am 15 min away from the Bank...I can check when I get home next friday??

Thanks for posting scans RickieB, they'll make great fillers as I don't have an example of either of those types of notes.

I told them I may have some friends who wanted them...she did not want to turn them in and would rather pass them on. I told them they are worth face only...
