You are correct Kent. The notes he is selling are not radar notes, only the last 3 digits of each note is what he is referring to. He's trying to get newbies to buy into this. Stay away from this seller. Not being truthful.
Kent - what you have there is a perfect example of shady Ebay sellers trying to cheat folks. The best we can do as a community is to help teach newcomers to the hobby, like you once were, and help them also learn so they dont fall victim to shady sellers such as the one you posted!
