I have had the distinct pleasure to ask and be granted a carving from Bill Zach for my son AJ (Too Deep Water). Bill sent me this image of the coin he just carved as was kind enough to ask me (based on my request to him) if I was interested. I am proud to say that this coin will be part of the collection that will be my son's one day and he is instructed not to ever part with this. I have never seen one of his works in hand, but the pics I have seen are superb. This coin is as well. I like the fur pimp coat and leopard hat.

Nice hobo nickel! Thanks to this site, I've gained knowledge of the work of Bill Zach. I checked out the Gallery Mint Museum website and got to see some of his work. Nice stuff!
