First of all I apoligize for the low quality picture. I am at work and this is all I have right now.

    I believe this is a KM#777 5 Centimes

    1854 M

What is the mintage and approx. value?

    Condition probably "good"

I believe it's 1855 MA (M & A in monogram) for Marseille. Left of the date should be a greayhound's head or an anchor, I'm not sure I see properly, but I seem to see the greyhound. Thus the reference in le franc VIII is # 116/26, mintage is 4.821.260 and the value for a G10 example is 15 € (approx 22 $ at today's rate)

    Hope taht helps

The date is 1854 not 1855.:D

    KM# 777.6
    1854 MA(Marsille) 5 Centimes
    Bronze; Mintage: 14,835,000
    Value: F-$2.00 VF-$5.00 XF-$16.00

In the condition your is in, it's probably worth 50¢.
