    What's new?

This has not only been going on for years, but we've been discussing it here and elsewhere, virtually since the dawn of internet forums.

This is it. I just bought my last item on ebay couple days ago....Not buying a single @#$!!* thing off of ebay from now on, And NOT a @#$!! thing that's Made In China neither. I hope they drown in all those Counterfeits when people learn of this. A-holes..One thing for sure, the Chinese don't use FAKE bullets when executing those SOBs!!

Excuse my frustration but I just Lost interest in coin collecting.

OK, You can kick me out of this Forum now.

Before you Jack the Hitpot you have to machine the coin.

Now take a breath. And since you are throwing in the towel send me your collection so I can confuse myself with phony vs keeper.:p

Sorry DoK U Mint, I decided to keep my Coin collection.

I was thinking that No Faking, Chinese Coin Scum dealer will will keep me from doing what I Love most but, I am however being realistic when I mention not buying from ebay.

I think I will need to look for an alternate source to carry on my coin collection, like buying a metal detector. Heck, PCGS, NCS, etc, don't mean anything to me anymore after clicking the link on the original post.

    Edit:

Well, then you'll want to get off your computer as about 90% of it's components are made in China. As well as your tv, or just about anything electronic. A good portion of your car is made there, as well as the clothes you're wearing. I could go on all day. There isn't any way you could go a day without using something that wasn't made in China. The solution is to be smart about it. Learn what you're buying on Ebay before buying it. You wouldn't buy a car without test driving it, would you?

Yes, it's fake but you can sell it on eBay for real.

There seem to be unusual number of Seated Dollars from Chinese addressed sellers. The prices are suspiciously low too....

BTW, the Chinese government will do edited about it, if the coin being produced are dated prior to 1949.
1949 is a key date in Chinese history.
I think somebody should go down there and throw some stickey sweet&sour sauce all over their machinery and gum them up good.

You bet they do. Dell has bene trying, unsuccessfully for years to get sanctions against them for copying their computers. It's never even slowed 'em down.

Just about any proprietary, patented, trademarked thing you can think of - they steal the designs and make them illegally. Coins are just the tiniest tip of the iceberg.

Maybe the only way to counter their bad habit of counterfeiting is other people "counterfeit" their currency and products and see how they like it.

But then again, Who would want to counterfeit something that is worthless and being manufactured by scums?

soon they'll make an entire redbook for these:

2012 Redbook Guide to Chinese Counterfeits

It includes varieties, and records of the mintages (in millions)

I'd like to know if it's possible to pay for these "replicas" in counterfeit money through Paypal. If anyone knows how to do this, speak up! I know it is foolish talk, but I'd love to pay these counterfeiters back somehow.
