Cook Islands Coin

I'm sorry but this was the funniest coolest coin I saw at a recent Buena Park, CA coin show. I mean come on, who has one of these? Aren't they the coolest? Are they even worth anything?

Did you fail to post a picture because you are talking about the cu-ni 1992 phallic symbol dollar, and the 1950s TV filter on this forum wouldn't allow you to post it?

They're NCLT that's been around for almost two decades, and listed in the 2008 35th Ed. SCWC at $2.75 Unc. No mintage is listed.

If I could remember which member of another forum I belong to uses a photoshopped version with a hat over the "offensive" part, I'd put up a link to his avatar.

 

Just search eBay for Cook Islands proof sets from say 1974 or so and you'll get one

 

I have a complete 1975 Proof 7 coin set - 1 Cent through 1 Dollar. I think I won it from the aforementioned member of another forum.
