What is a prosperity note? I don't collect paper money although i plan on doing some strap searching though I don't really know what to look for. Any suggestions? Kent
usually prosperity notes start with 4 leading 8's. This note is considered a "Lucky Note" for many Chinese because the number 8 means, "wealth, prosperity". they are a special set put out by the BEP. you probably wont find any in strap searching here are 2 examples i own. these 2 are from the 2003 "Year of The Monkey" 2001 notes are "Year of The Horse" other years have other animals
