I've recently bought this coin, but i can't identify it. I can't find it on the internet, on e-bay, nowhere... I guess that it's from Portugal, but i might be wrong.
Can anyone tell me it's origin, catalog number and it's catalog value?
    thanx in advance!

I would rule out Portugal, the arms are different from theirs. This appears to be central European, the regnal name is Joseph. I am guessing this is from one of the German States and that it is more of a medal than a coin. It appears to be dated 1695 instead of 1665 at least from the image.

It is from the Austrian State of Salzburg.

thanx a lot. i found the country (Archbishopric of Salzburg) and the ruler (John Ernest of Thun 1687–1709).
does anyone has the catalog of 17th century coins? Is it a coin or medal?

PS: sorry, yes it's 1695, typo error...:)
